Principal Product Manager

Amazon's Product Development & Innovation team is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive visionary product strategies in the Information Technology domain. You will own the roadmap for complex, global-scale products, aligning with Amazon's customer-obsessed culture. Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and business leaders to prioritize features, define requirements, and deliver high-impact solutions. You'll use data to inform decisions, experiment rapidly, and mentor product teams while influencing senior stakeholders to maximize customer and business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for IT products
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver scalable solutions
• Use data and experimentation to drive decisions and measure product success
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions
• Communicate product strategy, status, and results to senior leadership
• Mentor and guide product managers across the organization
• Align product initiatives with Amazon's long-term business and customer goals
• Identify new innovation opportunities and drive cross-functional execution
