Telecom Specialist​/Network Domain SME

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Specialist / Network Domain SME with strong expertise in RAN, 4G/5G technologies, end-to-end network performance, OSS platforms, and KPI analysis
.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Configuration Management (CM), Performance Management (PM), and Fault Management (FM) data, preferably within Nokia and Ericsson environments.

This role will serve as a key Telecom Domain SME working with Data Scientists, AI/ML teams, Data Engineers, and Software Developers to interpret network data, validate KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and guide the development of AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions for telecom operations
.

Software development is optional — strong telecom domain expertise and analytical skills are the primary requirements.

• Experience: 7–10+ years in Telecom / RAN / Network Performance
• Strong expertise in 4G/LTE and 5G RAN
• Strong understanding of end-to-end telecom network architecture
• Deep knowledge of OSS platforms and CM/PM/FM data
• Experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson environments
• Proven experience in network optimization and KPI validation
• Strong RAN KPI, counter, and performance analysis experience
• Experience with network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• Act as the Telecom/RAN Domain SME for network performance, OSS data, analytics, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze RAN performance data and identify trends, anomalies, degradation patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Interpret and validate CM, PM, and FM data from OSS platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on 4G/5G RAN architecture, KPIs, counters, and network performance

• Support network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  .
• Collaborate with Software Developers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and AI/ML teams to translate telecom requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide development of performance reports, dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI-powered network operations use cases
  .
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in network monitoring, anomaly detection, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Validate KPIs and analytical models from a telecom domain perspective
  .
• Lead or support network optimization initiatives across enterprise and large-scale carrier deployments.
• Translate network operational requirements into actionable technical and analytical requirements
  .
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members on OSS, RAN, KPI analysis, and telecom best practices
  .

• Experience supporting major global operators such as Airtel, AT&T, T-Mobile, DISH, Jio
  , or similar Tier-1 carriers.
• Experience with enterprise-scale and carrier-grade deployments
  .
• Experience applying AI/ML to telecom network operations or optimization
  .
• Familiarity with Generative AI / Agentic AI
  .
• Working knowledge of telecom-specific data structures and APIs
  .
• Software development experience in Python, Java, SQL
  , or similar technologies is a plus.
• Experience with telecom analytics platforms and performance reporting solutions.
• Nokia, Ericsson, or industry-recognized telecom certifications are a plus.
