Snowflake seeks a People Systems Analyst to partner with HR stakeholders, translate business needs into system requirements, and drive testing and deployment from kickoff to hypercare. You will ensure HR systems scale with Snowflake's rapid growth and evolving needs.
The role requires 4+ years in HR tech, strong UAT and data governance skills, and experience with Service Now HRSD, Ashby, and Workday HCM. Familiarity with Cortex Code and CoWork is a plus.
