Amazon Relay is seeking a Business Analyst II to build analytics frameworks and maintain reporting for the carrier lifecycle. You will own carrier engagement metrics and load KPIs, writing SQL against large datasets and designing dashboards in Tableau and Quick Sight.
You will partner with Product Managers and Operations to define success metrics, diagnose drop-off, and present insights to senior leadership to guide capacity and automation decisions.
