Required
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience, including ownership of large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong background managing complex IT, cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), or technology transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Demonstrated success working directly with senior leadership, including Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, platform delivery, system integrations, and enterprise technology environments.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation activities.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative enterprise environment.
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
- Telecommunications industry experience, preferably supporting cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure, or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Just-In-Time (JIT) access, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Non-Human Identity (NHI), or Zero Trust programs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, compliance, audit remediation, or identity security initiatives.
- Experience working with distributed development teams and offshore resources.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise security architecture, and modern identity solutions.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support our client's Cybersecurity organization, specifically within the Just-In-Time (JIT) Identity Program. This individual will serve as the primary coordinator between executive stakeholders, development teams, contractors, and cross-functional cyber organizations to drive the successful delivery of new platform capabilities and program objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, extensive experience leading complex enterprise initiatives, and a proven track record managing large-scale cybersecurity, identity, or technology transformation programs within regulated environments. This role requires the ability to navigate executive-level communications while simultaneously driving day-to-day execution across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for initiatives supporting T-Mobile's Just-In-Time (JIT) Identity Program.
- Coordinate delivery efforts across Cybersecurity, Engineering, Product, Operations, and external vendor teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between VP-level stakeholders, development teams, contractors, and program leadership.
- Drive the intake, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment of new platform features and enhancements.
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path deliverables using project management tools such as MS Project.
- Track project health through KPIs, program dashboards, financial reporting, and resource forecasting.
