Our client is seeking a Application Support Engineer to join their team. As a Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the Support Operations supporting enterprise applications, retail technology platforms, and payment systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Serve as the highest level of operational support for enterprise applications, retail technology platforms, and payment systems.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from support teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions to improve platform reliability.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, network, and development teams to ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
- Support troubleshooting of peripherals such as printers, scanners, and cash drawers, and support POS systems.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail payment systems.
- Support and troubleshooting skills for peripherals like printers, scanners, and cash drawers.
- Proficiency in Power Shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS internals including storage, RAID, memory, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms.
