The M365 Engineering team configures, deploys, and manages Microsoft 365 productivity services, delivering secure, reliable, and highly-available collaboration tools that power daily operations for Amazon Leo users.

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proven experience leading large-scale technical initiatives. In this role, you will manage technical projects and work streams to design, implement, and operate the M365 suite within the GCC High Environment. You will collaborate closely with third-party vendors, Amazon Security teams, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver an exceptional productivity experience for Leo-specific resources.

This individual contributor role offers broad organizational influence. You will drive alignment and execution by leveraging your technical domain expertise, strong program management fundamentals, and trusted cross-functional partnerships.
