Sr. Technical Program Manager

Our client, a Fortune 10 company, is looking to hire a Sr. Technical Program Manager in Bellevue, WA. Pay Rate Range: $70/hr to $80/hr W2, depending on experience.

Location:

Bellevue, WA — 100% Onsite

Contract:

9 Months | Potential Extension/Conversion

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to support a technical SaaS product serving government-focused contracts. This role will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather feature requests, coordinate technical programs, and communicate development progress.

The ideal candidate has strong technical program management experience, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including M365 tenants and Exchange, and experience with SaaS/cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate technical programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and feature requests.
  • Partner with development and engineering teams to communicate priorities, timelines, and progress.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Support product/program planning and execution in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Maintain strong communication and accountability across teams.
  • Use data and organizational skills to drive program decisions and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical program management, technical project management, or a similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / M365, including understanding of M365 tenants and Exchange functionality.
  • Experience with SaaS products and cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting government or regulated environments.
  • Gov Cloud / Government Cloud experience.
  • CMMC 2.0 or NIST 800-53 experience.
  • FedRAMP or security/compliance experience.
  • Experience with Azure and AWS / multi-cloud environments.
  • Industrial software experience.
  • Technical leadership experience.
