Enterprise Engineer - Savvee Inc.

Savvee Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Enterprise Engineer to support our federal client onsite in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and cloud-based technologies to develop and maintain solutions that support the client's IT portfolio, governance, and financial management objectives. This individual will excel at aligning technical platforms with business needs, driving system enhancements and operational efficiency, and collaborating with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation, data governance, reporting, and ongoing technology modernization efforts.

• Overseeing system upgrades, change management, and daily operations of the client's IT portfolio, governance, and financial management system(s).
• Supporting the implementation of IT governance and IT financial management system(s), including system updates and user trainings.
• Collaborating with IT stakeholders to ensure the business continuity and success of the IT portfolio, governance, and financial management system(s).
• Leading updates to the internal IT governance tools and platforms and support the Communications Specialist's administration of communications to the IT community through those platforms.
• Overseeing data governance and processes, information management, and reporting within the key IT portfolio management tools, systems, and platforms.
• Supporting the integration of the IT budget, IT spend plans, and IT acquisitions into CIO processes and tools.
• Maintaining the program website and SharePoint sites (ongoing).
• Supporting development of program status reports and dashboards and providing reporting in multiple forms (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, e.g., Google Slides and Google Sheets).
• Providing system data extracts and reporting support for the monthly IT investment review and for federal wide data calls (e.g., the quarterly Integrated Data Call to OMB).
• Leading support for the IT enterprise software management program and providing technical and system inputs to the IT total cost of ownership (TCO) program (including TCO recommendations and briefings) and the IT vendor management and IT enterprise program led by the Financial/Functional Analyst.
• Supporting the maturity and modernization of the IT portfolio governance program and the enterprise IT risk management program through technology and tool improvements.
• Architecting solutions that accommodate complex business needs and align technologies across platform, cloud, database, software, systems, security, and related components.
• Improving business and technology processes through technology using industry best practices and current federal architecture frameworks.
