Amazon Leo Production Operations team is looking for an experienced Service Now Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the Service Now platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the Service Now Administrator, you'll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.

• Utilize knowledge of development and service delivery best practices to lead design and development efforts for a team with a security, scalability, and performance mindset
• Service Now Platform Management:
  Maintain and optimize the Service Now platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Configuration & Development:
  Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.
• User Support & Training:
  Provide technical support to Service Now users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

As a Service Now Engineer you will be expected to influence the business and technology direction of the team. Have the ability to impact the goals of not only your direct team but partner teams and stakeholders as well. As Systems Development Engineer on the team, you will be counted on to define and apply the standards for engineering, test, and operational excellence best practices for your team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent
• 5+ year Experience in Service Now implementation
• Experience implementing new modules with best practices
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
• Experience with API integrations (SOAP, REST, and JSON)

• 5+ years of developing end-to-end analytics solutions, including system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting experience
• Experience working in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
• Service Now Implementation Specialist certification
