• Provide expert support across server, network, and cloud environments.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Utilize scripting and automation to streamline operations.
• Design, implement, and manage secure and compliant technology solutions.
• Maintain and upgrade systems with a focus on security and regulatory standards.
• Build strong client relationships and offer strategic technology advice.
• Document client infrastructures and troubleshooting procedures thoroughly.
• Lead onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Support system audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Be available for on-call support for critical issues, including after-hours.

• Deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
• Foster team development and innovation.
• Provide forward-thinking solutions to enhance client efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality documentation standards.
• Pursue continuous professional growth.

• 5–10 years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a progressive MSP role.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certifications.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RMM and ticketing systems.
• Proven experience with writing and utilizing scripting to improve efficiency in IT operations.
• Experience in both proactive and reactive support environments.
• Skilled in IT documentation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
