Licensed and experienced insurance professionals are preferred
, but motivated candidates who are new to insurance are encouraged to apply.

• Help customers understand their insurance needs and coverage options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain insurance products and available coverage in an easy-to-understand way.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage.
• Stay current on products, services, and industry information.
• Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Learn and use agency computer systems and technology.

• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Proactive approach to solving problems.
  
  Comfortable learning computer systems and new technology.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Currently licensed and experienced applicants preferred.
• Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply if willing to obtain their insurance license within 4–6 weeks of employment
