Arnold & Porter is seeking an attorney for our Labor & Employment group in our Seattle office.
Qualified applicants will have a JD and five to 10 years of prior experience in employment litigation. Experience in traditional labor work including discovery, intake, drafting agency complaints and separation agreements is a plus. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a non‑partnership track position.
All applicants should have excellent references and currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington state.
The salary range for this position in Washington State is $135,000 to $275,000, commensurate with experience.
Eligibility for an hours‑based bonus available.
