Job Title:
Supply Chain Planning Analyst / Replenishment Planner
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension or conversion
We are seeking a highly analytical and adaptable Supply Chain Planning Analyst to manage planning and replenishment activities for retail stores. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal inventory levels, strong service performance, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The environment can be fast-paced and occasionally chaotic, making strong communication and organizational skills essential.
What a Typical Day Looks LikeAnalyzing large datasets to support planning and replenishment decisions
Making retail replenishment, allocation, and supply purchasing decisions
Reviewing projected inventory levels and addressing potential shortages or excess
Partnering with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and inventory strategies
Manage the Planning & Replenishment process for retail stores
Test and validate replenishment plan assumptions using historical data
Review projected store inventory and mitigate inventory risks or excess positions
Partner with Demand Planning, Allocation Planning, Inventory Planning, Procurement, and Product teams on new product launches and ongoing replenishment
Identify and model alternate supply networks and store assortment strategies to improve service levels and inventory performance
Model store assortment and develop inventory and service strategies
Jointly review store service levels and replenishment strategies with retail leadership and buying teams
Root-cause process failures and drive continuous process improvements
Lead and support business projects as assigned
Experience in telecom and/or supply chain environments
Exposure to ERP planning, demand/supply planning, or allocation planning
Experience with planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, o9
, or similar (preferred, not required)
Working knowledge of DRP methodologies and supply chain management, with the ability to train others
Experience using planning systems (SAP, Oracle, o9, or equivalent)
Experience implementing supply chain systems and process improvements (CPFR, VMI, ERP, APS)
Demonstrated ability and willingness to lead cross-functional projects
Ability to develop strategies and process innovations aligned with business goals
Basic SQL knowledge
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with business partners (peers and up to 2 levels of leadership)
Advanced Excel modeling skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
