Roles & Responsibilities:

Contracts Program Manager – Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)

Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers

Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness

Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders

Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution

Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactions

Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables

Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations

Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle
