Supply Chain Manager, Network Design, Amazon Air

• Lead mid‑ and long‑term network planning initiatives for Amazon Air.
• Serve as the key point of contact for other business units such as ground transportation, fulfillment centers, and last mile.
• Develop capacity plans and shape network strategy, driving continuous improvement across customer experience, cost, and sustainability metrics.
• Manage program aspects of capital and operational planning, including timelines, stakeholder engagement, risk identification, and contingencies.
• Evaluate tradeoffs to meet customer needs and cost objectives, fostering consensus across Finance, Operations, Process Engineering, Procurement, and other partner teams.
• Partner with Research Science & Technology as a subject‑matter expert to create new planning and forecasting tools.
• Navigate ambiguity and coordinate multiple project assignments in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, owning process and delivering commitments.
• Domestic travel up to 10% of the time.

The Supply Chain – Network Design Leader designs network operating plans (including new routes), communicates those plans across internal teams, and assists in creating long‑term strategic recommendations for fleet, gateway, hub, and sortation needs. By analyzing data, building models, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and industry research, you will develop an optimal Amazon Air flight schedule that maximizes asset utilization across air and ground assets while achieving business objectives.

Network Design (ND) is a primary pillar of the Planning and Performance organization within Amazon Air, responsible for setting the course to raise the bar for customers by delivering fast speeds, low costs, and superior quality and reliability.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross‑functional work with technical and non‑technical teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V‑Lookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and practices.

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Base salary range for this position: $85,800 – $128,600 USD annually.
