Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for North America who brings analytical expertise, deep supply chain knowledge, and technology experience. The role owns mid-to-long‑term topology strategy, manages the build plan, and develops topology optimization tools for AMZL delivery station planning. It is a high‑visibility position that requires regular interaction with senior leadership and involves critical decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Own the 3‑year forward (3YF) AMZL Last Mile POR execution and delivery to secure incremental capacity.
- Improve topology optimization engine/tools to increase accuracy and productivity.
- Collaborate with 10‑12 stakeholders across outbound transportation, engineering, launch, finance, operations, and sales to deliver POR.
- Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives, simplify processes, and drive automation.
- Identify opportunities, influence organizations, and overcome resistance using data and persuasion.
- Communicate expectations and requirements clearly with business and technology teams.
- Write well‑reasoned, data‑driven proposals.
- Perform data analysis and apply problem‑solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of cross‑functional experience with both tech and non‑tech teams.
- 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- 2+ years of supply chain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
- 3+ years driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years driving process improvements.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.

The base salary range for this position is USD 85,800.00 – annually (Bellevue, WA). The complete compensation package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
