Position: Sr. Supply Chain PM, Hub Delivery (Fulfillment & Operations)

Job Overview

Senior Supply Chain Program Manager – Hub Delivery network for Amazon Logistics in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead long‑term network planning and process standardization for the US and Canada.
  • Define the best network topology solution by leveraging optimization tools to determine facility types, locations, and integration within the broader AMZL network.
  • Remove bottlenecks, create scalable mechanisms and best practices, and influence future tools and feature enhancements.
  • Communicate and drive long‑term initiatives, proactively identify gaps and opportunities, and manage planning cycles (3YF/OP1/OP2) timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects focused on delivering new features and tools that improve cost optimization and delivery experience.
  • Continuously benchmark with international networks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain clear, precise communication with stakeholders via monthly and quarterly planning reviews.
  • Travel up to 10 % and support international time zones.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 + years of program or project management experience.
  • 5 + years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 + years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually.
