  On-site 9 to 5PM.
• Duration: 9 month contract with potential for extension/conversion

• Procurement team supporting project purchasing and supply chain activities.
• Focused on project buying and supplier management.
• Collaborative culture with strong engagement and development opportunities.
• Works closely with buyers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities.
• Process tickets and requests through Jira.
• Convert requests into purchase orders using Coupa.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelors Degree
• 4-5 years of procurement/buyer experience.
• Strong supply chain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing procurement workflows and supplier communications.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management.
• Experience using Coupa for purchase order processing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required.
• Coupa system experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated customer obsession and strong delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
