Multiple Positions Available:

1. Design the best supply chain network topology by leveraging optimization tool sets to find answers for critical strategic questions such as how many facilities to build, what kinds they should be, where to put them, how to expect them to operate in terms of inbound/outbound, and how to connect them in our transportation system

2. Lead the team of Supply Chain managers and planners to drive cross-functional projects working with Design, Technology, Product, Science, Finance and Operations team to design Optimal Network Topology solutions

3. Lead mid to long-term fulfillment/supply chain network planning and automate planning process to find answers for critical strategic questions around Customer experience improvement, speed enhancement and total cost reduction

4. Communicate and drive long-term strategic initiatives (3-5 years), proactively identifying gaps and opportunities in Amazon's supply chain processes by performing continuous benchmarking with other countries network

5. Balance and prioritize multiple conflicting requirements with high attention to detail, build and manage models for supply chain forecast, variance analysis, and problem solving

6. Present detailed data-driven business reviews to the senior management team, focused on measuring the impact and performance to create revolutionary supply chains

7. Hire and develop the best talent from college campus, industry and internal Amazon, devote time and energy in mentoring and developing the team members

8. Domestic and international travel up to 15% to perform role responsibilities may be required (40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $173950 - $212600)
