Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different types of supply chain assignments including:
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply & logistics teams to develop and execute demand plans and lead the integrated Business Operational Planning (BOP) process to support business growth, improve forecast accuracy and achieve company goals.
- Customer Logistics Management
:
Understand customers’ supply chain and collaborate with the supply chain of key customers to improve the supply network between P&G and customer in terms of availability, speed and cost. - Physical Distribution: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and quality products are delivered to customers and consumer.
Product Supply plays a critical role in multi-functional team, as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. Forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and being responsible for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf.

- Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
