Sales Manager — Construction​/Remodeling

AG Construction & Remodeling is one of the fastest-growing remodeling companies in King County. We are scaling — and our Sales Department now requires a true builder of systems and people.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven experience in long-cycle, high-ticket construction or remodeling sales (average project size $120K+).

This is not a field closer role.

This is a leadership position responsible for building a disciplined, high-performing sales team.

• Build, hire, and develop sales reps
• Own the sales process from first appointment to signed contract
• Manage pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and CRM discipline
• Train and coach reps on meetings, presentations, objections, and structured follow-up
• Work closely with marketing to improve lead-to-contract conversion
• Establish structure, accountability, and performance standards

• Proven leadership in construction or remodeling sales
• Experience with $120K+ average ticket projects
• Strong CRM and performance management skills

We are not looking for candidates whose background is limited to same-day, low-complexity sales.

• Leadership role in a rapidly scaling company
• $150,000–$250,000 OTE (salary + performance bonus)
• Established marketing system and strong lead flow
• Direct involvement in building a top-tier construction company
