Director of Member Engagement & Services

A local real estate association located in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Director of Member Services. This role involves developing and managing a comprehensive REALTOR® membership program alongside executing recruitment efforts and member recognition initiatives. The Director will work on communication strategies and coordinate events to enhance member engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service, project management, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and AMS/CRM systems.

This is an in-office position with occasional evening events.
