of Operations (Financial Services) Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the operations team, unlocking individual and collective potential
- Build a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration, empowering team members to take ownership
- Implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics to guide informed decisions
- Encourage bold ideas, calculated risk-taking, and creative problem-solving
- Foster open communication, ensuring every voice is heard and valued
- Attend professional development sessions and bring fresh insights back to the team
- 4+ years in operations management with proven leadership experience required
- Track record of driving operational improvements, fostering culture, and executing strategic initiatives required
- Experience in a cyclical, relationship‑driven industry (e.g., financial services, real estate, luxury retail or similar) required
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace required
- Strong presence and credibility to build trust and alignment across teams required
