  • Establish scalable communication mechanisms to support training launches, program updates, and compliance or regulatory changes.

  • Audit PIT training procedures, documentation, and materials, partnering with national and global teams to achieve accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence.

  • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships with WHS, Operations, Learning, Legal, and global stakeholders to embed training into operational rhythms and strengthen safety culture.

  • Define and manage success metrics and KPIs, using data to measure program effectiveness, learner performance, compliance health, and business impact.

  • Analyze trends and risks to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities, driving continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and data insights.

  • Provide clear leadership reporting through business reviews and status updates, highlighting progress, risks, compliance posture, and corrective actions.
