As a Water Conveyance Project Manager in our Bellevue, WA office, you’ll have the opportunity to lead complex and meaningful conveyance projects, shape long-term client relationships, and influence the growth of our regional water practice. As a Water Conveyance Project Manager, you’ll be charged with leading a team of highly qualified and motivated engineers through the design process, interacting directly with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions, and mentoring ambitious mid-level engineers. We’ll ask you to grow your career by acting as a highly competent seller-doer that will be empowered to develop and manage projects in a trusting and supported environment.
You’ll serve as a Project Manager/Design Manager leading a technical team, performing technical tasks, and coordinating the use of resources to accomplish multiple, concurrent water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities may include planning and design related management and technical support roles for various types of conveyance systems such as open channel flow and low-pressure conduit, flow control structures, and pump stations and force mains.
Additional assignments may include other water-related civil infrastructure evaluations. You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally through participation on project teams delivering challenging projects while serving and developing clients.
We’ll rely on you to lead business development activities in order to grow the Bellevue office. You’ll work with key clients resulting in acquisition of new projects as well as perform the role of Project Manager supporting various projects and programs within a defined client portfolio. You’ll effectively lead and manage project teams throughout all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout;
consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in each contract.
Using your conveyance technical expertise, you’ll play an integral role inleading and mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, building water client portfolios, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll help others discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Your role will keep our company connected, and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

Lead a team of engineers through the design process for water conveyance projects. Interact with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions. Mentor mid-level engineers. Act as a seller-doer to develop and manage projects within a trusting and supported environment. Serve as Project Manager/Design Manager to lead a technical team, coordinate resources, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Plan and provide design-related management and technical support for conveyance systems (open channel flow, low-pressure conduit, flow control structures, pump stations, and force mains) and other water-related civil infrastructure evaluations.
Grow professionally through project team participation and client development.
Lead business development to grow the Bellevue office, work with key clients to acquire new projects, and manage projects and programs within a defined client portfolio. Guide project teams through all phases from planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and contract requirements.
