: $220K Base/$150K Variable

The Senior Vice President of Sales will serve as a key executive leader responsible for defining and executing Moxi Works’ long-term revenue growth strategy across North America. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will shape the future of the sales organization by driving scalable go-to-market strategies, expanding market presence, and aligning revenue initiatives across the business.

This role is focused on organizational leadership, strategic growth, and executive-level execution — ensuring Moxi Works is positioned to accelerate revenue, strengthen enterprise relationships, and scale predictably as the company evolves. The SVP of Sales will lead sales leadership across mid-market, enterprise, and expansion functions while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive company-wide growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep SaaS leadership experience, strong executive presence, and a proven track record of building scalable revenue organizations in high-growth technology environments.

Strategic Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Organizational Leadership
  • Define and execute the company’s long-term sales and revenue growth strategy across mid-market, enterprise, and customer expansion channels
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on corporate growth planning, market expansion, and revenue forecasting
  • Build and evolve the structure, leadership, and operating model of the sales organization to support scale and long-term growth
  • Develop executive-level sales strategies aligned to company objectives, product roadmap, and market opportunities
Go-To-Market Leadership
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to optimize go-to-market execution
  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities
  • Influence company strategy through customer insights, industry trends, and market intelligence
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead and mentor sales leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and operational excellence
  • Develop succession planning and leadership capability across the sales organization
  • Champion scalable enablement, leadership development, and performance management frameworks
Operational Excellence & Scaling
  • Establish executive-level KPIs and revenue operating rhythms to improve predictability and organizational performance
  • Ensure scalability of forecasting methodologies, sales processes, and revenue operations infrastructure
  • Partner with Finance and Rev Ops on strategic planning, territory design, capacity modeling, and investment prioritization
Industry Presence & Strategic Partnerships
  • Strengthen executive relationships within the real estate, brokerage, and Prop Tech ecosystem
