Overview
We are seeking a Property Manager to be responsible for the overall performance and all phases of property management for a portfolio of properties. Supported by a property management assistant, the Property Manager will oversee the preparation and implementation of operating budgets, evaluate budget performance, manage tenant and capital improvements, coordinate maintenance and repair projects, and collaborate on company-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities- Prepare and implement operating budgets.
- Evaluate budget performance and recommend adjustments.
- Supervise tenant and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair initiatives.
- Collaborate with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance departments.
- Engage third‑party vendors and manage relationships.
- Integrate technology solutions, including AI tools, to enhance operations.
- Minimum 5 years of retail commercial property management experience.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with strong financial aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
- Professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM preferred.
- Technology‑forward mindset with curiosity for merging tools and AI.
The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations, and other factors permitted by law.
