This role supports strategic planning and operational management to enhance organizational effectiveness and process quality. It involves developing multi-year strategies, managing organizational design, and driving key initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. The role requires creating strategic roadmaps, overseeing budget governance, and leading special projects that impact the business unit. Success is measured by the effective implementation of strategic plans, improved operational processes, and alignment with organizational goals.

The work influences leadership decisions and contributes to the overall health and performance of the organization and its stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps and organizational design to support organization's initiatives and process improvements
  • Create presentation materials and briefing content to facilitate communication and decision-making for leadership
  • Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to manage budget oversight and labor governance within the organization
  • Lead cross-functional special projects that address organizational priorities and require dedicated coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership and human resources partners to perform operational duties supporting organizational effectiveness
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and

Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Professional experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Consulting (Preferred)

No Base Pay Range: $107,400 - $193,900 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
