Operations Management, Program / Project Manager
Summary
The Operations Project Manager supports the goals and objectives of the Clinical Engineering operations team. This position is responsible for relationship and resource management, project planning, tactical execution, and the generation of final project deliverables. The Operations Project Manager collaborates with senior management and stakeholders to meet business objectives and provides professional leadership and mentorship, fostering respect and trust, to inspire others to pursue excellence.
ResponsibilitiesProject Management (40%): Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop then execute strategic and tactical plans, leading or delegating as appropriate, to finalize and deliver completed projects that support business goals and objectives. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement company-wide Operational Excellence initiatives and design new and improved processes. Manage project resources, constraints, and objectives in a consistent and repeatable manner to produce quality deliverables within deadline and budget.
Leadership (30%): Serve as a resource and mentor, helping team members identify opportunities for improved efficiency. Monitor overall service delivery, including service turnaround time and backlog, and promote team growth and development by coaching and mentoring technicians. Liaise between team, management and customers to ensure project deliverables meet customer needs.
Communication (20%): Communicate relevant project information (progress reports, proposals, presentations, etc.) to all levels, including executive leadership. Act as an active listener and creative thinker who translates client needs into solutions and presents information in a customer-friendly format.
Regulatory Compliance (10%): Adhere to the Medical Equipment Management Plan, audit the accuracy of the equipment database and ensure all service documentation is complete, timely, and accurate.

- Dynamic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills, proven success at leading, motivating, and developing teams.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strategic and analytic thinker who sets priorities, manages time, and handles multiple competing priorities.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and customers to obtain buy-in and move projects forward.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Acute attention to detail and quality control.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience in a related field (minimum 4 years). PMP or CAPM preferred but not required. Experience with various project delivery methodologies and ability to select appropriate models.
Compensation & BenefitsApplicants can expect a compensation range of $79,000 - $110,000. Benefits may include health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation and parental leave, adoption/infertility assistance, and more.
