Amazon Global Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) is tasked with building advanced, self‑learning systems to enhance Amazon’s supply chain efficiency. The Senior Program Manager – Stores, North America, will partner with retail leaders to develop data‑driven strategies that improve customer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze inventory and business performance data to identify action‑oriented insights that drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop both short‑term and long‑term mechanisms, building compelling business cases and prioritizing initiatives with senior leadership.
- Lead program management efforts to create new capabilities, improve operational outcomes, manage product roadmaps, and deliver solution features.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across multiple teams, establishing clear accountability and project management chains.
- Monitor project execution, ensuring quality delivery on target dates while managing risks, escalations, and trade‑offs.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing troubleshooting support and creating standard work, documentation, and training materials.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive measurable improvements.
- Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end program strategy and delivery, including communication of results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements.
- Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, instructional design, or a related field.
- Knowledge of general AI tools and experience applying them to large‑scale operations.
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling workforce development programs, forecasting needs, and leveraging analytics for program decisions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
