Washington (WA) Area Building Engineering Services (BES) Project Delivery Leader (PDL)
OverviewAs the BES Project Delivery Leader, you will report to the WA BES Business Group Manager and lead project management processes, quality, and oversight for the BES Business Group across the Washington area. The role includes mentoring staff, developing project management skills, and ensuring delivery standards.
Responsibilities- Promote, monitor, and develop project management skills and quality best practices for BES staff across the area.
- Provide project management team organization and leadership for projects across the BES Business Group.
- Monitor project QC Review activities, including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers.
- Lead and monitor activities for continuous improvement of Project Management, including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to implement QA/QC Program activities.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Group operations, market leadership/sectors, business classes, and Professional Services Leaders.
- Perform delegated/ design designated BGM matrix of authority responsibilities.
- Work with Business Group Manager to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with overall area, corporate policy, and MOA.
- Assist with daily operations such as project oversight, management reviews, financials, and driving profitability at the project level.
- Develop and implement standard project delivery practices, procedures, and approaches.
- Participate in 0° reviews, project reviews, and project approach and resources reviews (PARRs), supporting project teams with management of claims and losses.
- Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort to verify that work is completed within agreed-to budget and schedule.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Expected compensation range: $155,064 - $221,520 (located in Bellevue, WA).
