President, Management

Morrow & Associates has been retained on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a President, Multifamily Property Management on behalf of a well-established, privately held multifamily owner/operator with a highly stable portfolio of 10,000+ apartment homes throughout the Washington, DC Metro area. Position based in Bethesda/Silver Spring MD region.

Reporting directly to ownership, this executive will serve as the senior operating leader of the organization, overseeing all Property Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Information Technology functions while leading a team of 350+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the long-term vision for a 10,000+ unit apartment portfolio.
• Drive NOI growth, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop a senior leadership team, including a Senior VP, three VPs, Controller, and Director.
• Partner closely with ownership on business planning, capital investments, and portfolio strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multifamily leadership experience.
• Proven success overseeing large-scale apartment portfolios and senior leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving operational performance and NOI growth.
• Experience partnering directly with ownership and executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
