DescriptionThe mission of the Senior Clinical Manager- SV Administration is to provide targeted clinical and operational leadership to support regions or PODs with high supervisor volume. This role maintains a reduced billable caseload while delivering focused administrative oversight for supervisor ramp, productivity, outlier management, and growth of the Behavior Analyst Resident Program (BAR) pipeline. The position partners closely with Clinical Directors to strengthen supervisor performance, efficiency, and retention.
The SCM-SV Admin. will be supporting ACES overall mission and vision of Elevating the Standards in the Treatment of Autism. The SCM-SV Admin. is a vital role in achieving our goals, and successful SCM-SV Admins will be able to achieve results in many areas of our business. The following provides a vantage of how we measure success for this position, however this can evolve over time based on the needs and growth of the organization.
- Supervisor billable standard attainment
- Reduced productivity and utilization outliers
- Effective ramp and retention of new supervisors
- Growth and stability of the BAR pipeline
- Improved TSR, conversion, and contract maximization
- Timely completion of planners, check-ins, and compliance actions
Working under the supervision of the Clinical Directors and/or Regional Directors and in concert with department heads and the executive team, essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Billable standard:
Maintain 4 billable hours per day of clinical work - New Supervisor Ramp:
Support ramp and onboarding of new supervisors, including facilitating new supervisor cohort meetings - Data Collection and Leadership Support:
Monitor TSR conversion, complete planner, productivity, compliance and time-management follow-ups and conduct outlier management check-ins and coaching sessions related to these. - Prescription fulfillment:
Monitor and coach supervisors on ensuring client prescriptions are filled. - BAR Support:
Track and maintain a healthy Behavior Analyst Resident program for assigned region and/or POD. Facilitate BAR check-ins, 1:1s, and interviews as needed. - Training:
Deliver targeted clinical and operational trainings as assigned by Clinical Director and/or Regional Director. - Individual Meetings:
Conduct individual meetings with assigned supervisors to provide support and performance feedback. - Supervisor meeting facilitation:
May or may not include facilitating bi-monthly supervisor meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- BCBA certification
- Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year experience managing other managers (e.g., overseeing supervisor Levels 1,2, or
3)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions
