About the team:
The Regulatory Impact and Response team oversees all earnings-related regulatory impacts affecting the Spark business. This team leads the assessment and management of compliance risks by monitoring laws and regulations, conducting gap analyses, and developing policies to ensure adherence. They provide strategic recommendations to leadership, manage regulatory forecasts, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The team fosters collaboration across business units to address compliance challenges effectively while maintaining high standards of governance and ethics.

Their work ensures the organization remains aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives.

• Directcomplianceandethicsconsistencybyaddressinginquiries,monitoring regulations,andupdatingpolicieswithleadershipinput.
• Leadresearchonlaws,regulations,andpoliciestoidentifygapsanddevelopstrategiccompliancesolutions.
• Analyzedata,prepare reports,andcommunicatefindingstoseniorleadership,ensuring follow-upactionsarecompleted.
• Managelegislativeassessmentstrategies,forecastingregulatorytrends,andprioritizingrelevantlegislationimpacts.
• Overseeimpactassessmentsandprovideexpertrecommendationsonregulatoryandpolicydevelopments.
• Driveexecutionofbusinessplansbyidentifyingneeds,removing obstacles,andmeasuringperformance.
