* Position Overview:

** The
** Regional Business Director
** will oversee the operational, financial, and strategic performance of
** 6 to 8 dental practice locations**, generating from **$60M to +$80M in annual revenue**. Reporting to the
** Division President**, this role will drive
** business growth, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction
** while ensuring clinical excellence and financial success. The Regional Business Director will lead
** practice managers and regional support teams**, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning the region with organizational goals.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Operational Leadership & Performance Management
*** Oversee
** day-to-day operations
** across multiple dental locations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
* Implement
** standardized processes, scheduling, and resource allocation
** to maximize clinic efficiency.
* Monitor and drive
** key performance indicators (KPIs)
** such as revenue, patient volume, provider productivity, and cost control.
* Leverage
** data-driven insights
** to enhance operational decision-making and business growth.
* Ensure alignment with
** corporate objectives, compliance, and industry best practices**.
** Financial & Revenue Management
*** Maintain full
** P&L responsibility
** for the assigned region, ensuring revenue growth and cost optimization.
