Job SummaryAs the Product Operations Manager, Portfolio Execution, you serve as the central coordination hub for the embedded Product Operations team. You will oversee the full portfolio of programs across all geographic regions and domains, acting as the primary touchpoint between the regional/domain Program Managers, Supply Chain, Content Management/Creation, and cross-functional leadership. You ensure alignment across portfolio-level strategy, process improvement, change management, and ensure delivery consistency across physical and digital products and player experiences with our internal partners.
WhatYou'll Do
- Act as the central coordination point across all embedded Product Operations Managers, ensuring seamless information flow, dependency management, and prioritization.
- Visibility to future plans but responsible for the synchronized activities to complete active and approved "book of work" (portfolio).
- Own the end-to-end portfolio view — including roadmap integration, resource allocation, risk aggregation, and executive reporting.
- Partner closely with Product & Supply, Content Management & Creation teams to align operational execution with program needs.
- Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and work with existing PMs to ensure there are sufficient cross-domain reviews.
- Identify synergies, eliminate redundancies, and drive standardization of best practices across regions and domains.
- Facilitates scrum of scrums with cross functional leads to ensure successful execution of work: on time, to specifications, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- PMs PXD specifically, outlining the tasks involved in project and delegates accordingly to appropriate teams and PMs.
- Conducts or ensures risk assessments are executed; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with various teams to provide training and information to impacted parties.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.

Base Salary Range:
For this role, new hires generally start between $95,638 - $127,250 per year. The full range is $95,638 - $172,256 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
