Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure team, you’ll drive the development and operations programs for service environments and Service Now. Your day involves leading and being a part of cross‑functional stand‑ups with stakeholders, shared service owners, security and export compliance while collaborating with engineering leads to address technical challenges.
What You Will DoYou’ll analyze fleet health metrics and compliance data to guide program decisions, present status updates to leadership, and coordinate with external partners like Service Now and Taninum.

Requirements- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience managing technical programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
