Executive Director - 100 Unit Assisted Living Community

We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States. The management team is very experienced in the industry and is searching for a candidate that is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management. Our goal is to grow through acquisition and become one of the largest senior living operators in the country.

- The Executive Director position is a full time leadership role within the organization. The job entails running a 100+ unit Assisted Living community.
- Lead and manage ~60 employees.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staffing in the community.
- Financially capable with a basic knowledge of budgets, income statements, spend down reports, etc.
- Weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company.
- A strong critical thinker and problem solver
- Able to work with little to no direction (Entrepreneurial)
- 2-3 years as an Executive Director in the Senior Living industry
