Responsibilities- Help manage controlled inventory and inventory on the manufacturing floor
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming part deliveries
- Pick and kit parts from inventory to fulfill work orders
- Assist in shipping and packaging of microscope shipments and service components
- Work with the manufacturing and R&D team to identify issues with incoming parts and shipments
- Record ( 国际 ERP software or Excel ) incoming and outgoing shipments and material
- Sort and organize warehouse and inventory rooms as needed to manage current inventory levels
- Participate in sitewide physical inventory counts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- (Total salary range may be up to $62 k, depending on several job‑related factors.)
- Previous professional experience in a warehouse environment, inventory control, or material handling,
- Ability to read and interpret inspection documents or technical drawings
- Previous experience kitting or picking for manufacturing work orders
- Experience with SAP or S/4
HANA ERP software
The estimated base salary range for this full‑time position is $36,000–$62,000, with potential performance incentives and benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, an employee assistance program, and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays.
