Job Details
Full‑time position. Night Shift. Weekly paid. Starting pay $24.00–$26.00 per hour.
Position SummaryThe Entry‑Level Maintenance Worker will perform basic equipment repairs, weld consumable items, repair and rebuild pumps, conduct preventative maintenance, and complete work orders directed by maintenance lead, supervisors, or managers.
Responsibilities- Cut, bend, and weld pipe and fittings according to drawings.
- Perform daily walk‑throughs and communicate with production supervisors.
- Use Upkeep to track daily activities and create work orders.
- Repair pumps, including new motors, wiring, shafts, and related components.
- Communicate supply item needs effectively.
- Perform preventative maintenance according to schedule.
- Complete work orders generated in Upkeep or communicated by supervisors or managers.
- Keep shop clean and organized.
- Inspect equipment and machines for repair needs.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform general repairs not requiring specialized technicians, such as basic electrical equipment or replacement of 3‑phase motors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Ability to MIG weld.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related experience.
- On‑the‑job training offered.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

- Output production incentive after 90 days of continuous employment, earned based on perfect attendance and production output of 25‑28 tons.
- Additional hourly incentive for regular hours (additional $1.00–$2.00 per hour).
- Additional hourly incentive for over‑time (additional $1.50–$3.00 per hour).
