Job Details

Schedule:

6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Pay: $38.89 – $48.04 per hour (plus bonus structure depending on role).

Line Maintenance Analyst – Responsibilities
  • Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings; report daily results (breakdowns, defects, etc.).
  • Coach and support line technicians on maintenance plans and defect inspection.
  • Develop and lead 90‑day loss elimination plans and the annual maintenance plan.
  • Collaborate with line controls specialist on breakdown elimination, maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Update and create maintenance system documentation and work instructions for efficient, best‑practice procedures.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and process failures; ensure machine performance meets safety, quality, and production requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred, or equivalent technical certifications/experience.
  • 2–4 years experience with maintenance systems in industrial manufacturing (with Bachelor’s), or 4–6 years (with High School/GED).
  • Expertise in high‑speed manufacturing maintenance (fasteners, bearings, belt/chain drives, gearboxes, motors, couplings, conveyors, etc.).
  • Expertise in industrial maintenance systems, including CMMS.
  • Strong planning and execution abilities for improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead and work with manufacturing technicians.
  • Effective communication with other departments.
  • Availability for nights and weekends as needed to support 24/7 operation.
