Are you an experienced warehouse, production or qualityprofessional looking for a hands on role in manufacturing? Our client isseeking a skilled Warehouse Quality Coordinator (Quality Technician) to contribute to innovative rail solutions in Bellevue.

This is ahands-on role working on the production floor, managing supplier quality issuesand protecting production from non-conforming materials.

About Us

Our client is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and maintaining over 200 railcars, offering a comprehensive portfolio that includeshigh-speed trains and digital mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

Working on the productionfloor, you'll be responsible for identifying and managing non-conformingpurchased parts to support production and maintain quality standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Inspectpurchased components and identify non-conforming parts.
  • Raise andmanage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Quarantinedefective materials and prevent them from re-entering production.
  • Coordinatereplacement stock to minimise production downtime.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding sorting, rework and replacement activities
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, quality and supplier teams.

Your Profile

We'relooking for someone who has experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment and enjoys taking ownership of quality issues.

  • A currentforklift licence (essential)
  • Cert 3 or 4 in Warehousing / Supply Chain Operations OR Certificate/Diploma or higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain
  • Experience in quality, production, warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.
  • Experience managing stock, quarantined materials or non-conforming products (highly regarded).
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with multiple teams.
