** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards
* Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
* Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations
* Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time
* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment
* Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
* Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
* Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $31.56 to $31.56 per hour
