Senior System Development Manager

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth in enterprise infrastructure and engineering platforms with proven people management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a high‑performing team while driving the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the critical infrastructure and platforms that enable Leo’s engineering, manufacturing, and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering and operations leadership for an Internet service or leading‑edge IT organization, and knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for full software development life cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of managing system or software development teams experience
• 7+ years of relevant hands‑on systems engineering and administrative work in networking, storage systems, operating systems experience
• Experience in systems engineering and operations leadership for an Internet service or leading‑edge IT organization
• Experience in managing system or software development teams
