Machine Operators - Immediate Openings | Oxford, CT
Ready for a steady job with strong pay and real long-term potential? We're hiring Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturer in Oxford, CT. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to permanent hire.
Pay & Schedule- $17.44-$20.44/hour, based on shift
- Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Weekly pay + benefits through Adecco
- 1st: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform light assembly, trimming, and finishing work
- Track production and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred (molding a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $17.44 to $20.44 per hour
