What is Deposely and why should you care?
We're a growth-stage team excited about technology and the legal space. We love what we do, because legal work is important and protects everyday people, but it's also extremely underdeveloped from a tech and design perspective, and AI and a stronger focus on interface is poised to drive meaningful change in this space.
Deposely solves one specific subsection of the work litigators do, but it's a big part: depositions. You may have seen in Suits or other shows where a lawyer will sit down in a conference room across from a witness with a camera pointed at them and ask them questions under oath—that's a deposition.
Unlike those shows, though, hours and hours of work go into preparing for, conducting, and reviewing depositions, and that's where Deposely comes in.
We save real time and money for lawyers and their clients, and we give them better tools to improve their chances of success.
The RoleThis isn't just another senior role—you will help architect our market presence. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the founders to translate our technical capabilities into a compelling narrative that wins deals.
We are looking for a T-shaped marketer. Your core superpower is Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, customer research), but for the first 3-6 months, you will also wear the "Content" and "Events" hats. You won't just be strategizing; you’ll be writing the blogs, planning the trade show booths, and building the playbook that our future marketing specialists will eventually take over.
What you'll do at Deposely:- Refine our positioning and messaging, translating complex AI and legal capabilities into clear, benefit-driven copy.
- Work with creative marketing agencies to build modern, sophisticated, and compelling marketing materials.
- Arm the sales team with battle cards, pitch decks, and one-pagers that help our sales team win against competitors.
- Build repeatable systems, documenting processes that can be repeated into the future.
- Act as our interim Content Lead, writing and shipping high-value content that educates our market and drives inbound interest.
- Identify key legal events to attend, manage the logistics and booth, and ensure we show up as a premium brand.
- Have startup DNA, either having worked at a startup before or taken on core roles at larger companies
- Have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a specific focus on Product Marketing
- Are a writer can look at a dense legal workflow and write a blog post that makes it feel simple, human, and urgent.
- Are organized enough to manage a content calendar and an event logistics checklist simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Understand that in a growth-stage company, "that's not my job" isn't in the vocabulary. You're willing to pack the swag boxes for the conference because you know the details matter.
- Experience in Legal Tech or similarly complex, regulated industry
- Experience managing vendors or freelancers (designers, writers, etc.)
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation tools

Portfolio review where we'll do a deep dive into 1-2 campaigns, focusing on your process for designing messaging and content - Final round:
Strategy jam/collaborative in-person session where we tackle a real positioning or marketing challenge together
