Role

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to design and deliver strategic, high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies, account-based marketing programs, and events that engage target audiences at every stage of the buyer journey.

You will also help build and scale community initiatives—owned and within partner and industry networks—and ensure every program delivers measurable ROI. This is a highly collaborative, results-driven role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.

This role is based in Bellevue, Washington and requires the ability to work on-site 2–3 days per week. RecordPoint does not offer relocation assistance for this position and does not provide sponsorship now or in the future for this role. Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives
  • Build meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for RecordPoint customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for maximum reach and input on all programs
  • Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that accelerate opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and influence revenue growth
  • Align with the Partner organization to integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan, ensuring mutual business value, scalability, and leverage in overall GTM execution
You will
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand business priorities and design the optimal mix of campaigns, events, and field activities
  • Plan, launch, and manage account-based marketing programs (1:1 & 1:few) for priority accounts and segments
  • Extend the reach of field programs through digital channels (email, paid media, social campaigns)
  • Collaborate with content and campaign teams to develop assets and messaging that support engagement at every stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual experiences (trade shows, executive round tables, customer roadshows, webinars) to engage target audiences and drive pipeline
  • Lead community-building initiatives by developing owned programs and engaging with partner and industry communities to strengthen connections and amplify brand presence
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of field marketing programs with clear attribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI
You will bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation, and/or events
  • Demonstrated ability to connect events and field activities to broader marketing strategy and pipeline outcomes
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of events and campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in customer- and partner-facing environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Proactive, self-directed mindset with initiative and holistic thinking
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders
