Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to lead and manage all aspects of our social media presence. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily communications with followers and subscribers, and driving brand growth across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and video-based channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands brand positioning, and has experience growing engaged online communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, etc.).
- Produce and manage short-form and long-form video content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and subscriber inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and online communities.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Track analytics, measure performance, and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (business or brand accounts preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience creating video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
- Proficiency with content creation and scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Photography and video editing experience.
- Experience running paid social media ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy.
- Experience growing accounts organically.
