About the Role

Reporting into our Growth Marketing Lead, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to design and deliver strategic, high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies, account-based marketing programs, and impactful events that engage target audiences at every stage of the buyer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives.
  • Build meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for RecordPoint customers and prospects.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for maximum reach and input on all programs.
  • Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that accelerate opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and influence revenue growth.
  • Align with the Partner organization to integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan, ensuring mutual business value, scalability, and leverage in overall GTM execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and design the optimal mix of campaigns, events, and field activities.
  • Plan, launch, and manage account-based marketing programs (1:1 & 1:few) for priority accounts and segments, ensuring alignment with account strategies and growth objectives.
  • Extend the reach of field programs through digital channels, including email, paid media, and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content and campaign teams to develop tailored assets and messaging that support engagement at every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful in-person and virtual experiences — including trade shows, executive round tables, customer roadshows, and webinars — designed to engage target audiences and drive pipeline.
  • Lead community-building initiatives by developing owned programs and engaging with existing partner and industry communities to strengthen connections and amplify brand presence.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of field marketing programs, ensuring clear attribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation, and/or events.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect events and field activities to broader marketing strategy and pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of events and campaigns—not just execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident working in customer- and partner-facing environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to take initiative and think holistically.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Asana, Hub Spot, Salesforce (experience with Gong and Dripify is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
